Genovieve has spent over fifteen years inside primary and secondary mathematics classrooms — teaching children, coaching teachers, and rebuilding whole-school mathematics programs from Foundation to Year 10. She also spent seven years in universities, training the next generation of teachers.

She has written mathematics curriculum at state and national level. But those aren’t the accomplishments she counts. For Genovieve, reaching even one student is a great accomplishment — the moment a child lights up because an idea finally makes sense. Numbers only matter to her when they mean more children are actually learning. Her mission is to give the gift of understanding to all children — not just the privileged few.
